1. Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings (e.g., table reservations, event packages) confirmed through our website or other channels are non-refundable and non-changeable once the order is processed. Please double-check your booking details (time, party size, etc.) before confirming.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Time Limits
- Food and Non-Custom Items: Returns are only accepted if the item remains unopened and unused on-site. No returns will be processed for items taken off the premises.
- Retail Merchandise (e.g., gifts): Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items beyond this period are considered accepted and non-refundable.
2.2 Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns.
- Returns due to improper customer handling (e.g., incorrect storage, accidental damage) will be rejected.
3. Refund Process
- Review: Our team will inspect the returned item and validate eligibility within 24 hours of receiving the request.
- Refund Methods:
- Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment account within 3–5 business days (processing times may vary by payment provider).
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to convert the refund into store credit for future use, with no expiration date.
4. Exceptions
The following items/services are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized Orders: Personalized items (e.g., private event menus, engraved gifts) are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
- Perishables and Beverages: All fresh produce, prepared drinks, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages (even unopened) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Promotional Items: Discounted items, limited-time offers, or gifts received through promotions are non-refundable, except for quality-related issues.
- Used Coupons/Gift Cards: Once applied to an order, coupons or gift card balances cannot be refunded or reversed.
5. Additional Notes
- For quality-related issues (e.g., spoiled food, foreign objects), please contact our staff immediately during your visit. We will resolve the issue (e.g., replace the item or negotiate compensation) but do not offer standalone refunds.
